Roswell Marine announces the opening of its new 12,000+ square-foot Composites Department in Merritt Island, Florida, expanding the company’s ability to deliver lightweight, high-strength, production-ready solutions for boat manufacturers.
Purpose-built for the demands of marine manufacturing, the climate-controlled facility supports advanced composite production from engineered resin systems and closed-mold processing through controlled curing, finishing, assembly, and delivery. The result is greater consistency across every stage of development and production along with more flexibility for OEM partners requiring custom configurations, finishes, and integrated systems.
The new department advances Roswell’s ability to provide more than individual components and can now support the production of complete assemblies engineered for direct integration into OEM manufacturing workflows. Roswell’s Composites Department gives the flexibility to develop and produce virtually any composite component - from helms and consoles to covers, hatches, floors, and tower arches. Each solution is engineered, finished, and has the ability to be integrated with electronics, marine audio like the Roswell R1 Pro Tower Speakers, lighting, hardware, and other systems before it reaches the production line. The result is a complete purpose-built assembly that arrives ready to mount, helping manufacturers reduce installation time, labor requirements, and production complexity.
For OEM partners, that means fewer steps on the production line, less installation labor, and a more seamless path from concept to finished boat.
