WARRANTY POLICY

3 YEAR LIMITED PARTS AND STRUCTURE WARRANTY

Roswell manufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the first retail sale date. Warranty will be determined by Roswell’s warranty department only and will, at our discretion, be repaired or replaced within the first 3 years.

Excluded in the limited warranty is damage due to misuse or improper care. If a Roswell product fails due to defective materials or workmanship after the original warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced for a charge.

This limited 3 year warranty is in effect as long as the original owner keeps the product and is not transferable.

Roswell warrants that for a period of 3 years from the date the product is sold, Roswell will repair directly, or supply parts for the repair of any material cracks, fractures or structural failures that are a result of a manufacturing defect.  Any modifications or improper use not approved in writing by Roswell, shall void this warranty. Roswell is not responsible for personal injury or damage to the boat caused by the use of or failure of any Roswell product. No dealer, retailer or manufacturer is the agent of Roswell and may not assume for Roswell any liability in connection with this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.

Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Roswell Wake Air Warranty Policy

1 YEAR LIMITED AESTHETIC WARRANTY

Roswell manufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in the clear coat, paint and anodizing for a period of 1 year from customer purchase date. Warranty will be determined by Roswell’s warranty department only and will, at our discretion, be repaired or replaced within the first year.

Warranty claims for paint and finish aesthetics on new products must be reported within 30 days unless the aesthetic defect is time dependent, such as fading.

Excluded in the limited aesthetics warranty is damage due to misuse or improper care. Corrosion/oxidation on coated/anodized surfaces as well as all hardware corrosion are specifically excluded from the 1 year warranty as their care, maintenance and used environment cannot be controlled by Roswell. If the coating/anodizing has an issue due to defective materials or workmanship after the original 1 year warranty period, it will, at manufacturer’s option, be repaired or replaced for a charge.

1 YEAR LIMITED WEARABLES WARRANTY

Speakers and light bulbs/LED’s  installed on all Roswell manufactured product will be warranted for a period of 1 year from customer purchase.  These items are considered wearable goods and have no distinguishing element in controlling the use of the product.  This warranty covers burnt out lights, defective speakers for 1 year.

Blown speakers will not be covered under this warranty

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Should you encounter an issue with a Roswell product that you feel could be a warranty issue, please follow these steps:

2-  Upon speaking with a warranty representative you will receive an email address to send your concerns and proof of purchase. Once received, your warranty representative will reply with an RA# and instruction on where to send your product. Carefully package the product along with proof of purchase and send to:

Please note the following:

As a consumer, you are responsible for all associated shipping costs to Roswell. We will not accept collect shipments.

You are responsible for sending the product to Roswell in the same condition it leaves your possession. Damage sustained during shipment due to improper packaging will void warranty claim.

Roswell accepts responsibility and expense for return shipment of the product to your residence on approved warranty claims. Roswell will not accept responsibility of return shipping costs if final destination is outside of North America. Any International shipping costs is solely the responsibility of the consumer.

Warranty will not be granted or denied until the product has been reviewed by the warranty department.
